公益项目管理与志愿者管理系统：CRM.itnpp.cn

　　CRM（客户关系系统）是商业企业服务好客户的重要工具。提供公益产品的NGO则具有双重的服务地位“既需要服务好捐赠人，也要服务好受赠人”。而CRM的管理理念正好符合这一需求。
　　公益芯成立以来1年多的时间里，一直不遗余力地推行这一理念，并于2009年初与八百客公司合作，在NGO领域推行SAAS服务模式的“公益项目管理与志愿者管理系统”。该系统包含两部分：800CRM基本功能以及公益行业解决方案。
　　采用SAAS服务模式，为服务推广提供极大便利，您只需要通过下面注册，即可轻松获得服务，以及公益芯专门针对NGO用户的培训。

　　由于注册系统与八百客公司的商业注册系统共用，您可能会在注册后收到其商业客服人员的回访（证实注册信息的真实性，以及推荐商业服务内容），您只需说明注册公益芯项目管理和志愿者管理服务，婉转拒绝即可。公益芯正在协调中，将两个注册系统分离，减少为您带来的不便。
